i am sick with a cold and don’t know why i am having so much acid reflux and i have been rarely been eating and i thought you would get it if you would eat a lot i was not abel to sleep last night because of it but since i got sick yesterday it has been killing me but can anyone help with any home remedies please

The acid in your stomach is hydrochloric acid, which helps to prevent bacteria from growing in your stomach and intestines. The stomach lining prevents the hydrochloric acid from damaging your stomach.
