   one non-drug hint would be to elevate the head of your bed around 6 inches.. This is to help keep the acid down while you sleep.

   You can place bricks, blocks or anything that’s sturdy securely under the legs at the head of your bed.

   Try licorice extract. It protects your gastrointestinal tract to prevent conditions like hyperacidity and acid reflux (GERD) which can lead to gastritis and ulcers.
