i am not a doctor but ive suffered from acid reflex for years i have red bumps on my tongue but i dont think its from that sorry i couldin int help more
Yes. if the Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease damages the cells lining the digestive tract, ulcer forms.
The regurgitated liquid usually contains acid and pepsin that are produced by the stomach. Acid is believed to be the most injurious component of the refluxed liquid.
Treat the acid reflux, and the ulcer should heal.
It could be bacterial/viral infections too.
Get treatment from your doctor.
