It definitely could and it may be. Ulcers form due to anxiety, which is just extra acidic acid. All of these symptoms could be due to panic attacks. Or, you may actually be very sick. Ask your doctor if they can give you any medication to knock down the acid icy of the acid in your stomach, or perhaps give you something to relax you.
yes it definitely can! i get acid reflux from stress before my exams and its a b**ch lol.
i also know a close friend who gets anxiety and yes he suffers from acid reflux which is closely associated.
have a look through some of the natural remedies to try and help without medication although gaviscon is good!

I think you should try modify your diet. Cut out the known causes of acid reflux. Being pregnant can cause acid reflux symptoms to be worse.
Anxiety can cause the shortness of breath and chest pain.
Ultimately you should go with your gut feeling. If you feel something is wrong then get a second opinion but this does sound like anxiety and acid reflux.
they should try doing some relaxation excercizes and write down anything that is bothering them, b4 bed. if they wake up they should try to tell themselves its over now and they are safe. sumtimes having something like a worry stone or something to focus on when the anxiety comes can be helpful
