Can i make pancakes without oil?
I have a terrible acid reflux problem. But i got a healthy recipe for pancakes. I presume they can’t be made on oil or margarine, that’s too much fat. I heard of a thing called “griddle” .. it’s not very common in my country.. but can i make pancakes od a dry griddle?

no they would stick and burn, you can use butter ,olive oil, margarine ,or any oil i always do.
you need some grease to prevent them from sticking here is what i do when i don’t want things to get too greasy , I cut a piece of cloth into a square and add a good chunk of butter or margarine in it warm the pan up and rub it with the cloth and margarine/butter this will only coat the pan enough for you to cook your pancakes in repeat after each one or when you flip them over . This is somewhat like the griddle that you are referring to.
