Avoid spicy foods especially late at night. You can also avoid caffeine and chocolate etc. Better yet, just take Prilosec or Prevacid and avoid the acid, then you can eat whatever without worrying.

ii understand spicy fried and all that stuff i used to eat is not healthy for me anymore i found out i have acid reflux lk 4days ago. i need 2 start eating better. any ideas of what meals to eatt? i know turkey and boiled or grilled chicken is good…but i cant always have that here at home. what about ramens? are those 2 seasony (if thats even a word)lol. i know i cant just survive off of vegetables n a toast so dont just say that. i need ideas of what meals i can eat breakfast,lunch, dinner.its killing me that i wanna eat but dont know whats good for me now. i need to go grocery shopping today for new food so give me ideas of what i can buy 2 make . not just little things lk vegetbles i need food 2 have energy 2take care of my 5month old son lol
