This year I will be making Thanksgiving dinner (I know its only September but I’m just trying to plan ahead). Usually we go up to Minnesota to my in-laws house for Thanksgiving but this year we decided that we want to just stay home for thanksgiving.
I’m looking for some good recipes for thanksgiving. I’m not going to make a big meal cause its just my husband and I. Instead of getting a big turkey I’m going to use Turkey breasts. For dessert I’m making Apple Brown Betty ( a low fat version).

I have acid reflux and irritable bowel syndrome. I cannot eat anything spicey or with any kind of peppers in it. Can I make a vegetarian Black Bean soup that tastes good without tomatoes, cayene, or anything else spicey or highly acidic? I can eat onions and garlic just no tomatoes, peppers, or chili powder.

I’ve been trying to find a good recipe that I can cook for friday. I decided that I should make something in a crock pot because then I can put it together and let it cook all day then I’ll have enough time to get the house prepared for our guest that is coming on Saturday. I was looking through my recipes that I already have and I decided that I’m going to make something I have never made before. So does anyone have any crockpot recipes that your willing to share?
The recipe cannot have tomatoes, cheese and it cannot be spicy cause I have ulcers and acid reflux.

I am a nanny and I watch two amazing kids who are 3 and 5. Unfortunately, the 3 year old is HIGHLY allergic to dairy products and has acid reflux. He is so limited in what he can eat, but he loves to cook. The problem is that he can never eat anything that we make. I need quick easy recipes that the kids can help out with that don’t use eggs, milk, or products from either of these. They love desserts. Any suggestions?
No butter…

Garlic, Onions, Tomatoes, Lemons, Oranges, Alcohol, caffeine, cucumbers, anything with acid or mild-hot spices….Remember these recipes can NOT have these ingredients.
I have gastric reflux so my options are limited.
Thanks in advance.
I wouldn’t mind one with eggplant.
