Could acid reflux make me throw up?

Can it make people more likely to throw up when drinking alcohol?
Also, can it reduce alcohol tolerance?

Acid reflux causes stomach acid to move upward into the esophagus, which burns the tissue inside your throat. Alcohol is definitely going to irritate those tissues further. This would reduce your alcohol tolerance.
