I have been having regular pain in my chest everyday after I eat food, Im pretty sure it’s acid reflux.?
At first it wasn’t that bad. But it kept getting worse and worse. So I started taking pepcid complete. Its an over the counter anti acid. Is it ok for me to just continue to take a Pepcid complete chew tablet after every meal or should I see a doctor about a prescription medication? Im 20, so im pretty sure it’s not normal for people my age to have this problem.

You might have what it called GERD. I have Gerd i get hose pain everytime i eat sometime lay down. i get bitting taste in my mouth.. ask you dr about Gerd.
ANY chest pain should be diagnose by a doctor, suggest you pay a visit soon.
Pepcid is a harmful toxin, I don’t care what people say!
You need to drink more water, plain and simple…
try drinking 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight (example: if you weigh 160 lbs., you need 80 oz. water per day, every day)
for 2 weeks and see if your symptoms don’t completely disappear.

coedine Works, I just got my order in yesterday from the site below, Cheap and no prescription
You can get coedine without prescription
GERD is probably the diagnosis. Until your Doctor appointment try something benign like Tums for your tummy to ease your acid problems. It might ease up a bit.
Pepsid and all those over the counter meds. just mask the problem. Good news is now they have perscription meds. that fix the problem. You should go to the doctor and tell him you want the med.s that fix the acid reflux. I use to have it terriblely bad. I took Omnepred (spelling?) for abouat 2 years now I only have to take it if I eat something spicey. Yes at your age you should take it now amd get it fixed so you won’t have these problems all your life.
I would think medication of the long term solution for your acid reflux problem. You would better to adopt different lifestyle and avoid food that cause acid reflux.
Changing lifestyle is not an immediate cure for your current problem, but it helps in the long run. If your problem is not serious, you may want to consider herbal remedies which have no side effect.
