abdominal strictures? have you ever had an abdominal surgery?
You may have a problem with your pancreas.
Which side is the pain on or is it in the middle?
ON the right upper side is the gallbladder.
In the middle up is the pancreas
On the upper left is the splein and stomach.
Dehydration !! Do you drink enough water on a daily basis?? You need at least 2 litres of water per day for your body to function properly …………. that is, on top of the water that any caffeine you may be consuming will make you lose. ie: one cup of coffee will make you peesh out about 2 cups of water and sodas and soft drinks will make you peesh out up to 12 cups of water per can!! pretty scary actually …… drink more water and hydrate your body.
Read the book “Your body’s man cries for Water” by F. Batmanghelidj, MD……… astoundingly scary and true.
Also, eat more wholegrains and cereals, crunchy fruits and vegies to bulk up your movements and ease the passage.
