Not Eat: Tomatoes are anything tomato based, pineapple or orange juice, lemons, grapefruit, anything citrus. potatoes, french fries, onions, chicken nuggets, marbled meat, chuck ground beef, sour cream, milkshakes, ice cream, cottage cheese (regular), macaroni and cheese, liquor, wine, coffee, tea, creamy or oily salad dressings, chocolate, corn chips.
What u can eat: apples, bananas, broccoli, carrots, peas, baked potatoes (only), cabbage, green beans, ground beef extra lean, steak london broil, skinless chicken breast, egg whites, fish unfried, feta cheese, cream cheese and sour cream must be lowfat, soy, most breads, cerals that are wholegrain, graham crackers, pretzles, rice brown and white, mineral water, low fat dressings, jelly beans, red licorice, fat free cookies.
Over the counter prilosec!! YES!!! Eat what you want. P.s. do not eat 1 hour to 2 hours before bed.
