Mine looked like corn, which I eat maybe once a year or so. Hadn't had in a while and it was a bunch, kinda see thru, and kinda intact for the most part. Was pretty regular when I took it with the 72hr diet pill which is a diuretic and detox pill and some green tea. Couldn't beleive I wasn't constipated. <br /> <br />Much later I upped my intake to around 2 ounces a day and saw transperant shrimp with tentacles looking things. <br /> <br />All in all, pretty great. I use all products and wouldn't change a thing for me and my family. If you have CANCER my uncle who has stomach cancer, siattica and broke his hip says it makes him feel better and means to recommend to his friend who might have throat cancer M-II. <br /> <br />Great detox baths with the soap also take foot baths if you can't fully bath. Should see the water change seriously. Pretty cool, and declogged my small old pipes. Be advised that it is not. Also, I cannot tell if it does anything. It hasn't particularly helped with any of my problems.
