Pain in throat cause of gerd and acid refluex?
Im 20 yrs old male 5 “7″ weight is 150 healty weight. I eat healty, avoid triggers food and still i have acid problem please tell me what to do..
Please help me with my acid reflux and Gerd “Throat is Bugging me now”?

I having acid reflux and gerd and now my throat is getting sore .feels like something is touching
back of my throat.or something is stuck back of my throat.
Please tell me natural remedies. I went to doctor he gave me pepcid 40mg which didn’t help and know i got privscol. 20mg.
Please help me .. i dont have money to visit doctor every week.
I tried apple cidar vinegar no help
I tried milk No help.

maybe there is something stuck in it but heat some water drink as warm as possible drink 2- 3-4 it just might help u do not use acid on acid or take a light spoonful of peanutbutter and ease down slowly something stuck that will drag it down to the tummy i am sure for throat garge with luke warm water and 1/4 teaspoon salt garlic as many times as you can if throat is bothering you for any reason
I’m seeing two problems for you that you mention. One is the stomach reflux. That one is usually caused by pinched muscles in your back. When pinched the muscles put pressure on the nerves going to the other body organs, the stomach being one of them. For the stomach the pressure can mean that your stomach keeps putting out acid even when it isn’t needed which would become a problem. Here is how you can release the muscles in your back to get rid of that problem:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For your throat you have a muscle under your chin that when it is tight it also narrows the passageway in your throat. If you press up under your chin into the bottom of your tongue you may feel it’s hard as a rock there and this area should be pliable. Here is how you can release the muscle under your chin:
Chin Muscle:
Place your thumbs under your chin near the front and press up and hold that pressure. After 30 seconds slowly raise your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.

Zantac helps but sometimes it can still act up,when it does take 2 tums,they really help me alot..
