I eat healthy foods everyday and try to eat enough protein, drink water, eat healthy sugars, and some carbs like whole grain bread and baked potatoes. I’m lactose intolerant and have acid reflux so it helps me keep away from fatty dairy products.
This is my daily diet.
BREAKFAST= Fiber 1+Special K+oatmeal+boiled eggs+cranberry juice+Aloe Vera juice+multi vit.
LUNCH=mostly subway/boston market/sushi/etc
SNACKS= fruit+yogurt+nuts+Special K granola bar..
DINNER=soup+pb / turkey / tuna sandwich+soy protein shake.

I weight 118lbs and I’m 5’5”. According to the BMI that’s borderline underweight but actually it’s healthy for my slim body type. And I’m definitely not anorexic. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong!
