You put your head down expecting a full night’s sleep. Midnight hits and you wake-up with chest and stomach pains. You immediately question the worst, A Heart Attack. What kinds of foods do you cut back on, or avoid all together, and beverages, because if you have these items, it will make your condition worse, or cause you to have heart burn or acid reflux?
Do any of you also find if you eat too much, you will also spend the day having gas?

Is there really a natural cure for acid reflux? If you are in the least bit skeptical of natural health remedies, I understand! My dad would have been just as skeptical as most until he accidentally discovered his first natural acid reflux remedy. Let me explain, my dad suffered from ALL of the following: acid reflux; heartburn; hiatal hernia; gastritis; esophageal reflux and bile reflux when I was growing up (past tense).
