An old friend of my husband’s is coming up from Texas this weekend so I’m thinking about what I should make for Supper. Does anyone have any recipe ideas that your willing to share? The recipe cannot have cheese, tomatoes and it cannot be spicy cause I have an ulcer and acid reflux.

The doc has put my son on axid (for his acid reflux) but he still doesn’t seem to be getting any better. He has been on it for about 3 1/2 days now. He still seems fussy. Maybe i should switch his formula to enfamil nutrimagen or AR?? I’m so confused as to what i should do. My doc doesn’t seem to be much help. I know that something is wrong with my child and all he pretty much just says deal with it. He is not sleeping good and i have tried 1 tsp of cereal in his bottle at night, i’ve tried elevating his head, burping him (although he is very hard to burp). Any suggestions? I’m exhausted!
Anyone with a baby that has reflux..what are you doing??

I am a teen who suffers from acid reflux. I am not over weight, and I usually eat healthy. I also exercise 5 times a week & drink plenty of water. I had acid reflux as a baby, and have started having it as a teen. Before going on medication, my doctor says I should try natural ways, to avoid those nasty medications. I really dont want to go on them! Any suggestions on how I can naturally cure my acid reflux?

I can’t eat tomatoes, onion, garlic, fried foods like I used to because instantly I get bad acid reflux. I used to drink socially and I can’t even have a a few sips of wine or my acid reflux starts acting up. I like the benefits of being a Vegan, but I can’ even eat what I like or drink alcohol socially. I want to go back to what I was before, but my body is rejecting everything. I need help! I’m depressed because of this. What did I do wrong? I limited my diet and changed it but now I”m just eating like a rabbit, with some carbs. I can’t even eat a handful of grapes without having an episode. I’m 24 years old.

I am pregnant and have it pretty bad…not heartburn. I have tried a few medicines but they usually make me sick. Any foods to eat or to stay away from?

I know you guys cant diagnose me…but some personal knowledge would help. Thanks. For the last week I have been having alot of pain a while after eating. I burp up my food like im too full, but im actually eating as much as my 2 yr old daughter to avoid this…but it still happens no matter how much I eat. Its Like a knawing pain somewhere around my diaphram. And my whole stomach seems to just feel painful. So my appetite has went down dramatically. It happens when I drink anything either. It happens for hours and hours after I eat. Sometimes I feel like I cant breathe. And ive been feeling ill and tired since this has started.
