Would this be from a stomach virus or my Acid Reflux disease?
My a.r.d has been actin up lately but since yesterday when i eat my stomach hurts really bad afterwards. I ate some special k crackers and it didnt hurt, but if i eat like a regular meal it hurts.
ive been diet and exercising for nearly a month now if that has anything to do with it. I dont have a fever or other symptoms, and it feels like a cramping pain not nauseated. Im male 19 years old. Thanks

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, many people would state impossible, but the one diet which really worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it was reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I shed twenty pounds, it really does work!
Yeah that’s probably related to your GERD or ARD or whatever. You should go back to the doctor and discuss the new symptoms, there may have been a change in your condition.
I am not a doctor. But just from what I have learned, first of all, you should not have ARD at age 19. Older people [>40] get it because a flap on the top of our stomach ceases to be fully able to keep the stomach acid from floating back up into our eustachian tubes when we lie down after eating. Did a doc diagnose this , or you? What do you take for it? Pepcid, or Nexium, Rolaids, etc. ???
How are your bowel movements.? Constipation causes gut pain, usually lower than the stomach, but none of us quite sure by feel where our stomachs are located, are we?
Your stomach might be shrinking from your dieting and exercising, which is what you want, isn’t it? If you just eat smaller meals, maybe 4x/day instead of 3, is it better?
My point is that at age 19, you are well within Mother Nature’s “warranty period”, and so, highly unlikely to have any serious disease, although it can happen. Or you might be doing some belly /abdominal exercise improperly, like sit ups, causing slight hernia or muscle tear ? (again, not very likely) But in that event, eating should not bring on the symptoms.
I’d wait a few days unless the pain is really bad, before seeing a doc.
